Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel. JaimieGatesStylist has a 50% cancellation fee, which is incurred at the time of cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
​
JaimieGatesStylist offers a 15 minute window to accommodate clients. Clients arriving after the 15 minute grace period, are subject to appointment being forefitted as well as incurring a 50% cancellation fee.
Payment Method:

JaimieGatesStylist accepts many forms of payments including;
-Cash
-Credit Card
-Gift Cards (offered on booking site)

All new and existing clients are required to put a credit card on file to complete booking. Clients will only be charged on the form of payment presented at the time of their appointment.

Credit cards on file will be charged 50% of services in case of missed/cancelled appointments. (see cancellation policy)
Social Media Content Agreement:
​
All clients who visit JaimieGatesStylist are subject to their hair transformation photos to be posted on social media for content, unless previously agreed upon with salon owner, Jaimie Gates. No client is subject to any commissions/earnings potentially gained through content sharing, and booking through the website, clients agree to these terms.
